Lyme Parish Nurses

Building a Healthier Community  
Be Safe - Stay Safe

 

  • established in 2007 as an LCC outreach program following a long history of community nursing in Lyme
     

  • provides FREE care for all Lyme residents both at the church and through home visits

 

  • have mobile medical equipment available to lend, including shower chairs, walkers, crutches, commodes, adult pull-ups, and more

  • provides a safety net to clients and their families in coordination with other town and healthcare resources
     

  • works with clients to understand often complex choices so that decisions are aligned with client goals and wishes

  • LCC's program has inspired the growth of parish nursing throughout the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire

  • Funded by LCC, other charitable organizations, and individuals. You can donate here
